Balancing Family, Career, and Remote Investing, with Paul Pickering

Today, I'm delighted to be joined by Paul Pickering. Now, Paul is a guy who's got a lot going on in his life. He has got a little girl who's two and a half years old. He's just had a little boy with his wife who is currently four weeks old, it's also his birthday on the day we recorded this.

So massive Happy birthday to you. Paul is in the process of transitioning out of his career in the military and he's just going into business with a builder that he's been working with for the last couple of years. Paul's been investing for five years. He started his business just before COVID and continued to grow it ever since, doing some really interesting things while investing pretty remotely being based down south to start with and investing in the Northwest and then moving up to Scotland, but continuing to focus his portfolio in and around Liverpool.

So lots going on from simple single lets to more complex social HMOs and I think you're going to really enjoy today's episode. So sit back, relax, enjoy it and have fun.
